Institute for the Study of Planet Earth

The Institute for the Study of Planet Earth works as an “umbrella,” a virtual institute that spans the UA campus to provide both interdisciplinary research relating to the environment of the Earth, from local to global scales, and how this environment is likely to change in coming seasons, years, and decades. The Institute is highly interdisciplinary with participating faculty ranging from cloud modelers and hydrologists to Law faculty and social scientists.
